Free Digital Audio Catalog

We make your digital music
library uniform, consistent,
and precise.

Just the way we like it.

Organized music is good music.

Yoesie uses the best Meta Data providers in the world, including AMG, to "tag" your music...AND it's still necessary for Yoesie to foster your new Digital Music Library though several organization and grooming processes to ensure that it's in a standardized format. This step is, many times, overlooked by a Do-It-Yourselfer when thinking of the time it takes to create a digital media library.

Free CD Repair

This step takes time. A lot of it

Yoesie's music Organization & Grooming process fixes and checks the following problems and inconsistencies so you can really USE your new Digital Music Library:

Inconsistent Disc Numbering:

Disc 1, [Disk 1], CD1, Disk One, (CD1), [CD1], Volume 1

  • Yoesie creates CD1 CD2

Duplicate Greatest Hits, Best of, 12 Greatest hits, etc.:

Many CD collections have more than one album titled "Greatest Hits" or "Best Of" so when your collection is sorted by album, you will notice that you have duplicate album titles or have multiple "Greatest Hits" albums. It makes it hard to find exactly what you want...which Greatest Hits you want.

  • Yoesie creates uniform "Greatest Hits or Best Of" by restructuring greatest hits tags to the artist name & then the greatest hits title: 'Artist Name' - 'Greatest Hits' or Elton John - Greatest Hits

Classical Artists Names:

Classical music tags vary WIDELY from JS Bach, Johann Sebastian Bach to J.S. Bach, again, regardless of data source.

  • Yoesie standardizes Classical artists by their last name: 'Bach'

Inconsistent Capitalization and First & Last Names:

bob Dylan, bob dylan, BoB Dylan, Dylan, Bob, dylan, bob:

  • Yoesie standardizes this to be: First letter capitalized First name first...Last name second: 'Bob Dylan'

"The"

Many band names begin with 'The'...The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Roots, The Killers, The Beatles...and without Organization you'd end up with all these bands filed under 'The'.

  • Yoesie standardizes these by removing "The" from the band name for filing purposes, so they are filed under their first letter after the "The". For example, "The" Beatles will be filed under B for Beatles, but when you look at your artist list it will say The Beatles.
  • ABBA
  • Audioslave
  • Bad Company
  • The Beatles
  • Beck
  • Ben Harper

Optimized for Media Servers:

Each type of Media Server supports different types of data, and visually presents the same data in different ways. Without specific organization for a specified media server you would get garbled data.

  • Yoesie target organizes meta data for each specific type of server to get the best possible Meta data results. Our software is individually adjusted to load your particular server to ensure the best possible results.

Album Art:

Some meta data still lacks Albun Artwork as part of its package.

  • Yoesie determines which files, if any, are missing Artwork and specifically downloads and tags that album with the correct artwork.
